The National Road No. 7 project is to improve the quality of road that connecting between Skun to Kampong Cham city, Kampong Cham province. The road light of 45.50 km will expand to 4 lanes (having two lanes for traffic in each direction) with a total construction cost of USD 114.89 Million. The project cost funded by the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the plans to spend about 36 months on the construction progress. The road will be constructing by the China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) that have constructed the Phnom Penh Sihanoukville’s Expressway.
