How to Manage, Filter, Search Messages List on Talkou

All messaging that you sent or receive on your Talkou account will be shown on messaging list. Both normal users and business accounts will be displayed on message list.

There are 3 types of messages in messaging list

Active Messages

These are active messages that relevant and you want to keep them visible on your account.

Archived Messages

These are no longer relevant messages that you may already have end the deal with the users or the messages are not important to you and want to hide them.

Blocked Messages

These are the blocked message that you no longer want to see and don't want to receive messages from the users.
