Send a candidate to an employer

Add a candidate, get their consent, and hand them over with the details the employer needs.

An agency never sends a name to an employer without the candidate agreeing. Qoosi makes that a step in the flow rather than a promise: the candidate reviews what will be sent and gives consent before the employer sees it.

What the form asks for

  • the company the candidate is being put forward to (the position comes from the project),
  • the candidate's own details,
  • the reason this candidate fits the role,
  • and the candidate's email and phone, which stay hidden from the employer until it requests an interview.

On a computer

Open the project and select Add Candidate. Send then links them to a job seeker profile saved in your Candidate Bank and takes the candidate to a Review and Consent page: they read what the employer will see, complete anything missing and give consent. Once they have, select Send to Employer, and the candidate appears in the employer's pipeline at the Review stage.

On your phone

The candidate gets a notification and a message on their Qoosi account, and reviews and consents in the app or a browser while signed in. Agency side, Add Candidate is on the project and Send to Employer is on the candidate's card in the app.
