Connect an agency to an employer through the Partner Board, with the rate, the terms and the warranties agreed in advance.

The Partner Board is the marketplace between the two sides of Qoosi. Agencies publish what they do, employers publish what they need, and a connection is what lets them work on the same hiring project.
On a computer
In your portal, agencies open Employers → Find Employers and employers open Agencies → Find Agencies. The page has two tabs: that search, and My Posts for your own.
- An employer publishes Request Hiring Help: the roles, the fee budget, the payment terms and how many hires are expected.
- An agency publishes Offer Recruiting Services: the roles, the service rate, the warranty and the number of hires per month.
Search the other side, read a post, then Connect. Linked Employers and Linked Agencies list the connections you have; Disconnect ends one.
On your phone
The Partner Board is on the Agency and Employer portals in the app and in the phone browser, with the same two tabs for your side and the same posts. Posting, connecting, and editing or removing your own post are all available there too.
