A hiring project is how Qoosi organises a search rather than a single post. One project can carry a role with several places to fill, the rules the team follows, the agencies working on it, and the candidates as they move from introduction to offer.

What the form asks for

  • the title and the headcount,
  • a description,
  • the location, salary, employment type and the category,
  • the hiring rules the team works to,
  • the closing date,
  • the agency fee as a percentage of the annual salary, the warranty and the payment terms,
  • and, optionally, the agencies on this project.

On a computer

Open Employer Portal from your home page and choose your team. Its Hiring section lists your projects, and New Hiring creates one.

The project page then shows an overview, the candidates in the pipeline, and — for an agency — the candidates the agency has sent.

On your phone

Home → Employer Portal, choose your team, then Hiring lists the same projects, and New Hiring opens the same form on one scrolling screen. A project opens on its candidates, and the overview carries the headcount, the dates and the agencies.
