Thailand announces to build the construction of the 4th Industrial Revolution Technology Training Institute to teach Khmer children

The Cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand is closer and better go-ahead for both countries in diplomatic relations, economic relations, exchanges logistics transportation, agriculture industries exchange, and other services.

Recently, Thailand is currently planning to establish the 4th Industrial Revolution Technology Training Institute in Cambodia to teach Cambodian students. This project was initiated by SNC Former Public Company Ltd.

This project can help to develop human resources and increase Cambodia's competitiveness in attracting more investors come to invest in Cambodia as well.

According to a statement reported by the Cambodian Embassy in Thailand on 13 August 2022 in a welcoming speech, his excellency Mr. Ouk Sophoan said that the project to establish a high-tech training institute plays an important role in the Cambodian economy because it is in harmony with Industrial Development Plan (IDP) which has started since 2015 to 2025 and has the potential to achieve the vision of Cambodia 2030 to become a country where has the high middle-income country and 2050 to become a high-income country.

Meanwhile, Dr. Somchai Thaisa-nguanvorakul pointed out that the company has studied many fields in Cambodia, from waste management to renewable energy. It now also intends to establish a modern standard technology institute to equip young Cambodians with the tools and equipment manufacturing skills to support future investments and spread the company's market and create jobs for Cambodians more as well as boost the Cambodian economy to grow more.
